The primary purpose of the Foundation shall be to promote, conduct, and carry on an active program for religious, moral, mental and cultural advancement and improvement of youth and young adults; and to teach and instruct them in the art of camping and out-door life; and to provide a place or places, buildings or buildings for the conduct of such activities. The Foundation shall also conserve, maintain, and protect all of the natural resources found on its properties.
